Counsellor answering a student's questions
Still Have Questions?

We'd Rather You Ask Than Assume

Every question below came from a real conversation with a student or parent. If yours isn't covered, a counsellor will answer it directly — free of charge.

Is counselling really free?

Yes. Your first consultation, profile evaluation and university shortlist come at no cost — we only charge for optional premium services like dedicated visa filing support.

How long does the whole process take?

Most students start counselling 8–12 months before their intended intake, though we've helped students apply successfully with as little as 6–8 weeks' notice for select programs.

Do you only work with certain universities?

No — we work with 750+ partner institutions but will also help you apply to non-partner universities where they're a genuinely better fit.

What if my visa gets rejected?

We review the rejection reason with you and, where appropriate, help you reapply with a stronger, corrected application.

Can you help with scholarships even after I've already applied?

In many cases, yes — some scholarships are separate applications with their own deadlines that can still be open.

Do you help with accommodation and pre-departure logistics?

Yes, our pre-departure briefings cover accommodation options, forex, insurance and what to pack, plus check-ins after you land.
